[Perldl] SciPDL-v2.4.10 for Lion

Hi all,

I've built a new version of SciPDL v.2.4.10 for Lion.

Highlights include PGPLOT, PLplot, TriD and the pdl2 shell.

I've only tested it on my laptops and it works for me - but if you've
a big project to hand in tomorrow morning, it may be wise not to
install it immediately :)
